are they insulated?
no, cb's are a shell. perfect for rippin all day when its cold or hot. when its cold you layer up underneath and you're protected from the snow and wind. if its warmer, just rock them with less layers!
are they baggy
duh. the pants are a good mix of baggy and a jogger look. as for sizing order true to size and you will get some bagginess.
